The goal of Students for Schools fundraising is to help you raise funds for your school, group, club, or organization while at the same time directly impacting the issue of global poverty. You will be able to meaningfully contribute to a solution by helping to improve schools and invest in the education of children in remote villages in Uganda.

As Project Lydia has grown over the past couple of years, we ​still ​were not satisfied that so many children are not attending school because of a lack of school fees. Girls are especially affected because if there is any money for school, the boys always go first. This leaves the girls with no other options than to marry at a very young age resulting in early teenage pregnancy.

Through Project Lydia, a nonprofit organization, you become partners with the Mothers and Grandmothers who hand craft these fun and beautiful stretchy bracelets for the sole purpose of keeping their children in school. Every bracelet sold will keep one child in school for one day..lunch included! Thank you for considering a bracelet fundraiser that has a real purpose behind it. Everyone loves bracelets!
